Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* products showing obvious signs of use
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Cases where refunds will not be granted:
* label removed
*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and we will send you a gift voucher equivalent to the price paid on our store as soon as possible. However, if the gift voucher solution does not suit you, we can consider a refund to your bank account.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at borkow.shop@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post or email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.


Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the postal address given to you following your complaint by email to borkow.shop@gmail.com
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item and we strongly recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or insure your shipment.
